FACIAL SATISFACTION

We strive for 100% satisfaction, so if you are feeling unsatisfied please contact us right away and we will be happy to make things right. We are always learning and appreciate any and all feedback.

PREPARING FOR YOUR FACIAL

There is no need to wash your face before a facial- you can show up with your makeup still on, since your esthetician will just remove it all during the makeup removal and cleansing portion of the facial! Cleansing occurs even if you come without makeup on, so arriving with makeup on won’t take away any time from the treatment!

NEW TO FACIALS?

We always want to be transparent with our customers! If you are not on a normal skincare regimen at home, there is a slim chance that any given facial could cause a breakout because of the deep cleansing and exfoliating of your skin. We strongly encourage implementing a skincare regiment into your every day routine! Our estheticians are highly trained and knowledgeable on each skin type and what regimen would be best for each individual!

All of our services are efficient and effective, making it approachable for you to pop in for any given facial treatment. This is not your average spa. Our modern and open air concept allows you to be in and out in just 40 minutes, we understand your time is valuable!

LASH SERVICES

PREPARING FOR YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT

Please do not where any makeup if you are coming in to receive lash services. The oil from the mascara can affect the retention (how long the lash extensions last) and actually makes it tough on the lash stylist! For the best retention, do not wear mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment; there should be no oil residue by the time of your appointment.

LASH - SATISFACTION

We hope you absolutely love your lash service, but if you leave feeling unsatisfied please contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS and we will be happy to schedule a corrective lash appointment. The corrective appointment must be done within one week of your original appointment.

ALL SERVICES

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

We do require a credit card when booking your appointment. You will not be charged at that time, it is simply to hold your appointment. For security purposes, you may notice a $1 fee on your card, no need to worry- it will go right back onto your card within a few days. You are free to use a different card when checking out. We are a cashless establishment!

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We understand that life happens! If you need to adjust the time of your appointment, please email us at hello@thefacefoundry.com or call us right away. We will try our best to accommodate! Please note- if you make changes to your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a late-change fee of 50% of the service price.

NO SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS

We hold on to your appointment time just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with 24 hours notice. Giving us that 24 hour buffer is much appreciated as it allows our estheticians to adjust their schedules and hopefully accommodate clients on our waitlist! We do charge 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians if you cancel late or do not show up. If this happens three or more times, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking your future appointments. Thank you for understanding!

SHOWING UP LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment. We will provide the service for the remainder of your allotted service time. You will be responsible for paying the full amount for the service that was originally scheduled.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that you will get the most out of your service! we ask that you arrive to your appointments 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure our clients get the full-undivided attention of their esthetician for their appointment.

MEMBERSHIPS

ALL MEMBERSHIPS- FEES

Membership fees will be charged on the first of each month.

*Your monthly credit toward services / lash minutes do not roll over to the next month. We suggest that you book out your appointments in advance or when you are checking out after your service. If you are going out of town or know that you won’t be able to make it to your 90 minutes or credited service, you can freeze your membership anytime.*

LASH MEMBERSHIP - ADDITIONAL TIME FOR FILLS

The membership includes 90 minutes total for the month. Our (normal) lash fills are 45-minute appointments, so most people do two 2-weeks fills. If you are missing 15 lashes or less on each eye, you will need to make sure you schedule a full set appointment to ensure we have enough time for your appointment. Once you use up your allotted time of 90 minutes, you simply book additional appointments as you normally would. This membership does not work for your initial full set, but you can sign up immediately following! Also included in the membership is 10% off of our products and one free lip mask enhancement.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS - CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

For late cancellations / changes or no shows, we will deduct the minutes of your appointment from your eye lasher membership. If you have a facial maven membership, you will lose your facial for that month. Thank you for understanding!

ALL MEMBERSHIPS - MINIMUM JOIN PERIOD

Memberships come with a 6-month minimum join period so you can see and feel the change of routine professional skincare. after that, you’re month-to-month.

THE EXTRA’S

AGE

If the client is under the age of 18, we do require a signed consent form by a parent or legal guardian in advance.

FACE PARTY POLICIES

All FACE PARTIES require a minimum of five patrons in attendance. A 72-hour notice in cancelling FACE PARTIES is required.

OPEN AIR CONCEPT

The Face Foundry is an open air, semi-private space with upbeat music and smiling faces! Whether it be a place you call home for all of your facial services or a space you want to host your event at, we welcome you! Again, we want to be completely transparent with all of our customers- this is not your average quiet, dark spa. This is a space that you can feel comfortable having a conversation while being mindful of the clients in the room next to you!
